About the conference

The main topic of the conference is stem cells and their applications. This topic is at the junction of several scientific fields, such as biology, biochemistry, veterinary medicine, biotechnology and medicine

For the first time in Russia, the first International Conference on Cell Therapy in Veterinary Medicine is being organized, which seeks to bring together leading scientists, researchers and veterinarians to exchange their practical experience and research results on the use of adult animal stem cells. The conference is the main interdisciplinary platform that will allow not only to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends and problems, but also to discuss the decisions made in the field of cell therapy in veterinary medicine and the possibility of using the method in the Russian Federation.

Following the results of the Conference, the Round Table will consider a resolution on introducing methods of stem cell isolation and their application in veterinary practice into the curriculum of veterinary universities with the participation of representatives of ministries, committees and leading universities of Russia.

The director of one of the leading veterinary clinics in the world, Safari Vet, Dr. Steve Garner is a leader in the field of veterinary medicine, a renowned speaker, teacher and consultant. In 2003, 2004 and 2006, Dr. Garner chaired a section of one of the largest conferences in the world - the Western Veterinary Conference.
